1. All the project work given to you must be kept completely confidential and cannot be used, supplied, sold or distributed both before or after completion of the project without our written permission.

2. The project work given to you must be clarified & understood before you start work by contacting our respresentatives by email or on phone.

3. Any delay in handing over the projects must be stated to us prior to the project completion date by email or on phone.

4. Payments may be delayed under certain circumstances but not more than 30 days per project.

5. We offer you a fixed rate per project. If the project specifications increase or decrease we reserve the right to raise or lower the per project rates.

6. All payments are sent out directly through online money transfer using either iKobo, Western Union or Paypal. We send out cheques only if you are a resident of Canada, USA, India & Italy but resort to cheque payments only as a final step.

7. Most of our html & designing projects include cloning website content or content from free sources or independent websites without legal copyrights. To safeguard your rights and ours we insist that all files relating to our website projects must be deleted, erased or destroyed after completion of the project to avoid misuse, abuse or bad intentions on your part or someone related to you.

8. Any freelancer who threatens, uses foul language or abuses us in any way both during or after project completion will be terminated from our organisation and all payments witheld indefinitely.

9. We reserve the right to either cancel or delay your payments indefinitely if you fail to comply with any of the rules above.
